SHIPPING POLICY
FREE UK DELIVERY
All Valerius orders include free standard delivery within the UK. There is no minimum order value.
We currently only deliver to UK addresses.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.
We use Evri's next-day delivery service for our standard UK deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is normally expected on the next working day.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays and busy periods.
Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@valeriusskin.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change its delivery address.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or it arrives damaged, please contact us at enquiries@valeriusskin.com.
Please include your order number and, where relevant, photographs of any damage so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
You do not need to contact the courier directly — we will handle this for you.
