1. OUR PRODUCTS
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately.
Product photographs and colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and photography.
All products are subject to availability.
Our skincare products are cosmetic products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Nothing on this website should be considered medical advice.
2. PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order through valeriusskin.com, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

Product prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
The total price payable will be shown before you complete your purchase.
We currently provide free standard delivery on orders delivered within the UK.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
4. DELIVERY
We currently deliver only to UK addresses.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.
We use a next-day delivery service for our standard UK deliveries. Once dispatched, delivery is normally expected on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you purchase from valeriusskin.com, you have the right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving it.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you should return the eligible product within 14 days.
Valerius currently covers the cost of eligible change-of-mind returns.
For health and hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for change-of-mind return once they have been opened or unsealed where the applicable legal hygiene exception applies.
This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights.
